Service Description

In full-body manual therapy, I use very traditional Finnish manual therapy techniques. These techniques are based on anatomy and combine the body’s natural range of motion, muscle function, and gentle manual techniques. These techniques aim to physically rebalance and restore the body’s natural range of motion, mobility, and metabolism. This can help with conditions such as pain, migraines, insomnia, and muscle stiffness. Each session lasts about 2 hours and addresses the body from the soles of the feet to the head. The treatment is pain-free, and I always take the client’s sensations into account during the session.
